Stress + No Sleep = No Weight Loss

I started with a new coaching client today, & they had a VERY familiar story. I listened to what they had to say & it sounded strikingly similar to mine!

~ I’m in chronic pain ALL THE TIME

~ Every diet I try doesn’t work

~ I exercise & not a damn pound comes off

~ Every test that every doctor runs says I’m in perfect health & they don’t know what’s wrong

The first thing I asked them to do was make a list of every single thing causing them stress or anxiety in their life!

These are symptoms I know & understand ALL TOO WELL!!

If you can’t sleep, you’re body will not go into recovery. You won’t gain muscle or lose weight!

If the fight or flight hormone is constantly firing in your brain it will cause depression & anxiety. In extended periods of time…even brain damage. This will cause you not to sleep!

If you’re stressed out, your body will hang on to that weight for dear life!

The minute you start letting things go & releasing stress, anxiety, & negativity mentally & emotionally… your physical body will start to do the same!

We’re going to attack that list & start eliminating stress for them right now!
