You Have to Start Having Sex Again

This information absolutely ticked me off the first time I heard itβ¦.because I didnβt want to. There was too much resentment & it felt like a bow down & a reward for him that he in no way deserved in my opinion. So I didnβt. So we didnβt. So it ended.
It ended because we didnβt connect for any reason on any level.
A lot of the time, for most men, the act of sex happens to be when they are the most vulnerable, their heart is the most open, & itβs their way of expressing their love to you & experiencing it with you. A lot of the time, this is how they figure out if they love you.

So, in a committed relationship, sex is literally what keeps the love going in the relationship for a man.
For womenβ¦.itβs the connection of being together & the actual chemical reaction of the release that causes her to fall in love β¦and or if it has been a minuteβ¦ to remember that.
You will be VERY surprised how open & positive each of you become when men are being affirmed through sex & when women are getting the connection & chemical reactions they need.
Suddenlyβ¦ youβre not sweating the small stuff. Suddenlyβ¦you can tackle the bigger issues. Suddenlyβ¦solutions start to appear. Suddenlyβ¦resentment seems to subside.
