Here's exactly how to Sabotage your new health and fitness program!

Most of us get really passionate, inspired, and excited when we're ready to make a lifestyle change, or health and fitness change! Often, people think they have to change everything all at once! Huge mistake!

When you're trying to change who you are, and the way you live, it's probably best to start small, and change one thing at a time. Most human beings aren't equipt to handle every aspect of their life changing ALL AT ONE TIME. It's just not in most of our nature.

The new plan needs to feel like you, and not a complete change of wardrobe or costume you put on. Otherwise, you're going to want to take it all off, and throw it in a corner when it isn't feeling comfortable, and put the comfy outfit right back on! That's how most of us are.

When I first started out with physical activity, I started with running. When I hit a plateau with that, I added weights, when I hit the next plateau with that, I changed my food plan. You get it? I didn't add it all at once. It slowly became my lifestyle. Just changing one goal at a time. Granted, I looked back in some notes, and I really had hit 200.01 lbs at one point, and I was almost 50% body fat as well. Coming back into health and fitness like an Olympic athlete, or the way "I used to be" would have been counterproductive to my success, and immediate sabotage.

I completely attribute my success, and ability to maintain and sustain the change to making one adjustment at a time.
