Music’s Healing Frequency
Music 🎶 is a Mind, Body, and Soul healer for sure! I used it in the hospital with my daughter Olivia when she was getting chemotherapy, and the medical staff and other professionals would comment on how much they "loved the vibe" of her room. I constantly had music playing for her that was specifically for healing, and I'll share some of what I personally use in the comments on this post. It was something I was inspired to do for my daughter at the time, because I was willing to do anything for her.
Since then, I've learned there are Frequencies of Musical notes, and they are measured in Hz. "Frequency values determine the tonality and influence the timbre of the sounds" You can actually select music to choose what you would like to heal within yourself, or around you!
174 Hertz - Removes Pain
285 Hertz - Influences Energy Field

417 Hertz - Facilitates Change

Anywhere you like to search for music, you should be able to find music that was written in these frequencies for your desired intention.
Listening to your music of Faith is also very healing, and if you're going to use the Hertz Frequency music, it would probably be most powerful to invite your source in!
Even if you're not trying to get this deep for now....music is a mood changer! I'm well known for turning on some Gangsta Rap and handling my $hit! 😁
