Beth says this to a β€œKaren” in a store who gets opinionated about how Beth is disciplining a boy she chooses to raise.

I must have screamed so dang loud β€œYes!” That the neighborhood thought my dry spell was over!

I’m finding more & more each day that people aren’t comfortable just staying in their own lane and managing it, they feel the need to make certain they get in yours too!

I had a person post on my page & then get into a DM war with me. He approached my post as if I had never opened a book on the subject matter I was speaking about. He didn’t like it when I told him it wasn’t an opinion post…. It was fact & statistically based. That bothered & triggered him.


He went on to tell me that I hated men & good luck in my dating life. It literally took me telling him, he could look everything up or not..it’s his life, it’s up to him and that β€œat the end of the day it’s not my job to jerk you off.”

It literally took that to make the spiral of darkness stop.

Not that I feel a great need to defend myself… as a character, I completely understand Beth on Yellowstone. She’s a very uncomplicated woman, who can manage complicated things. If she loves you, she protects you come what may… if she doesn’t….she doesn’t…come what may.

When I am asked what is the best marriage or relationship advice I’ve got….I usually say this really fast, mostly to be funny, but it’s true, β€œSwallow. Don’t be stupid.β€œ

Ironically, Beth gives similar advice later in the exact same episode….which…again made me scream laughing!

I don’t hate men…. I’ve just worshipped the wrong ones!
