Do you remember this movie? Itโs โHerculesโ
I think my oldest, Rebecca, made me watch it every morning for a year or so!
In this movie, the female character โMegโ is the one who cannot accept that she is in complete denial about being in love with โHerculesโ
Itโs kind of a nice spin, because I feel as though these days the opposite it true. Especially in my age group where theyโre bumped & bruised a bit & have sworn off love.
The struggle is real for the men out there that want love. Some of them have been able to push their emotions down for the better part of a decade, that when their little Grinch hearts โค๏ธ beat, they feel like theyโre having a panic attack. They pee on the carpet & go run under the bed and hide.
This is confusing for women, because the emotional processing system in our brain is literally 8 times larger than theirs. AND we canโt push our emotions down like them. It would be like attempting to push down smoke. Let me know if you can accomplish that.
The process causes men to vanish, ghost out, & not follow through.
It causes women to think they did something wrong or that thereโs something wrong with themselves.
At this point the process, itโs getting pretty predictable for meโฆ.
