Hate can be spread like a virus, and that energy can be put into everything and everyone around us. The energy is transferred to our children, friends, and people we love.

My son Michael and I were supposed to race multiple times…this final time, he was WIDE AWAKE playing video games, and not wanting to come out and run! He had been putting off the race, and putting off the race because he didn’t want to do it or face it. He was procrastinating, and not wanting to say, “no”
